Smaka creates artisan, Swedish crispbreads that are organic, wholesome, allergy friendly and absolutely delicious. Sourced locally and made in her own kitchen, the client wanted a packaging solution that would celebrate her Swedish upbringing and love for wholesome, hearty and healthy food.

A custom packaging form was created and put forward that balances aesthetics with the functionality and ease required to hand-pack the product. The design drew inspiration from Scandinavian friendly cleanliness and used a combination of simple typographic hierarchy, pastel colours and custom patterns that communicate the humbleness and honesty of both the brand and product.
